Meehan’s Sandy Springs has a premium culinary team lead by Executive Chef Jean Paul.
Born in El Salvador Chef Jean Paul has always looked up to his father who was a chef from France. He began cooking at age 14 at the hotel that his father was a chef at. Jean Paul moved to America 23 years ago and met his wife who is born and raised in Atlanta which brought him to the great state of Georgia! He has been an "atlien" for 9 years in December. Jean Paul focuses on fusion cuisine: french, middle east, and asian, not as much Spanish which you would think growing up in El Salvador he would focus on. He mainly uses European product and loves to dabble in different spices. Jean Paul joined the Meehan's family 2 months ago and we are very excited for him to cook you all up the best fare in ATL!
